The message for this day and age is that it should be a good idea to escape or withdraw from the self inflicted busyness of lifestyle. It is not possible to escape one self, but it is possible to escape the crowding demands of life in this day.
Take some time for yourself, alone. It may just be a walk on the beach or better yet just sitting down for a time of reflection and rest.
