Weather Change or Climate Change?

3/30/2014: Is it Climate Change or the Weather Changing? The recent shift in certain ideologues language moved from “Global Warming” to a seemly more palatable “Climate Change”. This language makes sense only when one wants to sustain the argument. A climate change is based upon evidence over a long period of time. A weather change is a more recent observation, even day to day and hour to hour.

I wonder if the foundation for their argument is in reality only a change in the weather. If so, it is not much of a discovery. There have always been changes in the weather. If so, can hot and cold weather be attributed to anything else than the weather changed?

With a Judeo-Christian Biblical world view I searched the Scriptures for evidence of a major climate change. In Deuteronomy 28:23 we read “”The sky above you will be brass; and the ground below you as hard as iron.” The cause is outlined in the first few verses of Chapter 28. It was not “Global Warming” or “Climate Change”. The etiology is further mentioned in Leviticus 26:19. This literature would support the extreme weather change as being man made, but not by toxic gases.

In terms of Biblical prophecy hot weather could be sign of the end times. Rev 16:8-9: The fourth angel poured out his bowl upon the sun and it was given to it to scorch men with fire. Men with scorched with fierce heat..” If these are the events the earth is experiencing, then the cause is providential, only indirectly man made.

I refer anyone interested in the Biblical perspective I refer you to one of many Internet articles: http://www.seekingtruth.co.uk/weather.htm.
